简介：Governor Heo, worried about a plague that is sweeping through his district, places the blame on the local fortune teller whose charms and amulets failed to ward off the disease. He castrates her husband and takes the fortune teller as his personal slave, but the situation worsens. In desperation, he kills the couple. Heo's problems now increase as he begins to see strange visions and contracts leprosy.
