This was when spy movies and spoofs were big sellers. It was when movies turned quirky or humorous with sixties humor. This appears in several sequences here. It comes in during a mud wrestling sequence in a club featuring female wrestlers, and it appears during several fights. It's sort of how the television Batman was done. Although for the most part the story is serious, it still maintains this underlying tone of being jocular.
